Finding Multiples
If you work with people with DID or OSDD, or even if you work around the homeless, this is a good website for you if you want to, for instance, tell a compulsive liar apart from a multiple. You did not think you could confuse them, did you?
About DID

DID was added to the predecessor of the DSM in 1918 and was first acknowledged under Hysterical Psychoneuroses. We know now that it is a dissociative disorder. Very young children have something horrible happen to them for a long time and that stops their psyche from forming into a whole. Instead, dissociative barriers block the memory of these terrible times so they can act normal. These barriers form the psyche into separate personalities with their own wants and characteristics.
For Me:
My experience is that my alters co-front and work as a group most of the time. This causes a set of symptoms that I wish to share with you. It would be beneficial to know a little about DID and OSDD first before continuing.
